Shipping and Return Policy

At checkout you will have options to choose a shipping method for your product(s). All orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received. All orders placed after 1pm MST will be processed the next business day. LAN World, Inc only ships Monday thru Friday (Holidays excluded).
Products listed as "In Stock" will be processed and shipped on a first in first out basis. In stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days unless there has been a rush of orders, which we cannot foresee. If this happens we will ship out your item(s) as soon as possible.
Products listed as "Pre-Order" will be processed and shipped on a first in first out basis. Pre-Orders usually are processed within 2-3 weeks. However, this could be longer if the product is being imported. At that point we are at the mercy of US Customs.
Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box.
Any shipment fees associated with returns will be paid by customer. We will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.
Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
International Shipping: We currently DO NOT offer shipping outside of the USA and its Territories.
Return Authorization Policy
Special Orders that have been cancelled will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once you have received the RMA number, please copy and include it in your merchandise return package. If you do not include this RMA number, please be aware that it may greatly impact the amount of time it will take for us to investigate and locate whom, what, and where your return came from.
Items that are shipped back to us within 30 days, without proper LAN World, Inc. authorization, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and actual shipping charges. All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.
Return freight is the customer's responsibility. Absolutely NO RETURNS will be accepted past 30 days. Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 days before you see your refund posted back to your credit card account. Please wait to see your next credit card statement. You will see the transaction as LAN World, Inc. on your statement. We will notify you by email that your credit has been issued.
Manufacturer's warranties do apply to defective merchandise; please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer's warranty issues. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours. Please note that all refunds will be issued less the restocking fee and actual shipping charges (which may differ from the shipping charge you paid, such as items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer or items that are shipped from different locations).
